Protocol Mastery · Knowledge. Confidence. Care.

Learn and master your own protocols.

Every lesson, question, and scenario is built from your agency's own approved protocols — so your crews train on exactly what they'll use on a call.

The platform

A full learning platform — not just games.

Protocol Mastery has two halves that work together: a place to study and learn, and a place to practice under pressure.

It's built around each agency's own protocols, it runs on the same EMS Protocols To-Go app your medics already carry, and it's practice-only — a training tool, never a patient record.

📘

Study & Learn

Flashcards, study sets, and med-math built from your approved protocols.

🎮

Practice & Play

Games and scenarios that make recall fast and stick under pressure.

Study sets

Study sets, from both directions

Study sets come from two directions — the ones a student puts together for themselves, and the ones an instructor assigns to a class.

Student-created study sets Coming soon

Students build their own sets out of your agency's protocols and study from them exactly like any other set.

Instructor-assigned sets By class type

An instructor puts a set together for specific students and assigns it by the class they are in — EMT, EMR, Paramedic and CCP.

Mockup shown is illustrative sample content.

The classroom

The classroom carries on in the app

Instructors can put their own material in front of their own students, so nobody is left behind because of one evening.

Instructor videos For your classroom

An instructor records their own video for the classroom and gives it to their students, alongside the standard material.

Recorded classes Catch up on a missed class

If a student misses a class, the instructor can put the recording up so that student can watch it and catch up.

Illustrative wireframes of the screens. The only words on them are your own — the app name and the two feature names. Every other line is a grey placeholder standing in for real class names, dates and lengths, which come from your own instructors.

Study plan

The whole plan, not one item at a time

A prospectus of everything on the study plan, so a student can see what the course covers from the first day and how far through it they are.

The full reading list in one place, in the order it will be taught.

What is finished, what is next, and what is still to come.

Built from your agency's own approved protocols, like everything else here.

Mockup shown is illustrative sample content.

Clinicals

Clinical rotations

Two things a student needs before a rotation: where they are going, and what they will be working with when they get there.

Which protocols apply at a clinical site Scan, don't read

One screen to glance at before a rotation — the kind of site a student is going to, and the protocol areas they will be working with there.

Find a clinical site Site finder

Search the sites the agency uses. Each one shows the hospital, who to contact and how, its hours, and which departments take students for clinicals.

Mockups shown are illustrative sample content. Sites, contacts and hours are placeholders, not real clinical sites.

Study & Learn

Allow your students to build knowledge off your classroom protocols

Quiet, focused study drawn straight from your agency's protocols.

Flashcards Spaced repetition

Spaced repetition brings back the protocols you're due to review, so the details that matter actually stick.

Protocol Study / Study Sets By topic

Learn from your agency's own protocols, organized into study sets by topic — cardiac, respiratory, trauma, and more.

Med-Math Practice Dosages & drips

Practice dosage and drip calculations using your approved drugs and concentrations — check your work every time.

Progress & Mastery Studied vs mastered

See what you've studied versus truly mastered. When a protocol changes, it's flagged "review required" so no one drifts out of date.

Mockups shown are illustrative sample content.

What's next

Coming soon

Two things on the way that are not built yet.

Coming soon

Protocol and certification practice

Practice questions written the way the certification exam is written, drawn from your own protocols — with a live EMT scenario running in the scenario runner so a practice sitting feels like the real final exam.

Coming soon

Announcement push notifications

A message pushed straight to students' phones — a class running late, or anything else an instructor needs everyone to see.

Practice & Play

Then practice until it's second nature

Gamified practice built from the same protocols — points, streaks, and personal bests keep crews coming back.

Protocol Challenge

Rapid-fire questions pulled straight from your protocols, with instant right/wrong feedback and the correct answer explained.

Scenario Challenge screen choosing the next medication for sustained VF
02

Scenario Challenge

Work a call step by step — read the situation, then choose the right intervention and dose as it unfolds.

03

Code Simulator

Run a full code against the clock, with a live rhythm strip and vitals, and make each call in real time.

Match game pairing protocols such as Anaphylaxis with Epinephrine IM
04

Match

Match each protocol to its correct action to build fast, confident recall.

06

Session Results

After every session, see accuracy, streaks, time, and personal bests — then jump back in.

Screens show illustrative sample content for demonstration — not official protocol or medical advice.

Why it works

Training that actually sticks

Learn and practice

Study to build knowledge, then practice to make it automatic — in one place.

Personalized to your agency

Everything is generated from your own approved protocols, not generic content.

Gamified

Points, streaks, XP, levels, and personal bests keep crews engaged and coming back.

On the app they already have

No new app to install — it lives inside EMS Protocols To-Go.

Always current

When your protocols change, training updates too — and flags what needs a review.

Short, repeatable sessions

Quick rounds fit between calls and across shifts, so practice adds up over time.
